The world is always changing. Values and relationships evolve and realign within and between cultures as we increasingly exchange ideas and aesthetics along with products and finances. Developing artistic and historical experience with multiple cultures gives us access the distinct and the shared non-verbal, visual languages which form an essential part of our perceptions of the world and of each other.
Spectrum International Art Exchange (SIAE) is a cultural platform that connects Europe and China. The company organizes exhibitions, represents artists, and creates programs that link institutions, galleries, and audiences across borders. SIAE positions itself at the center of this dialogue. Our international network of independent agencies each specialize in vital aspects of cultural and artistic exchange. We approach every project using an interdisciplinary approach: through selective artist representation, efficient international logistics, creative production and curation, insightful international investment strategies, and direct access to academic and institutional exchange, we offer direct and relevant artistic experiences across cultural borders.
Our current focus is on active participation in artistic exchange between France and China. Since January 2026, we’ve signed representation agreements and worked with numerous artists in France and in China; we’ve produced and curated 5 exhibitions across disciplines including photography, illustration, fashion design, and artisans of traditional Chinese tailoring and couture.
We continue to develop channels and relationships in both markets in order to create significant value and beneficial opportunities for artists, the public,collectors and investors within the dynamic and increasingly important cultural dialogue between France and China.
SIAE was created to address the gap between European and Chinese art worlds. Both regions have strong local markets, but meaningful exchanges between them are often hindered by logistical, cultural, and institutional challenges. SIAE works in this area to encourage collaboration, production, and access between these systems. SIAE operates in Norway, France, and China. It combines curatorial development with production knowledge and international coordination. The company’s approach is practical and conceptual, helping artists while influencing how their work is shown and understood.
